Role: Performance Marketing Video Editor (UGC)
You'll partner with performance marketers and creative strategists to turn raw creator footage into high-converting stories across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and emerging channels. You'll test quickly, iterate on what wins, and help shape the creative playbooks that fuel our next adventures.
What you'll do
- Edit high-converting UGC-style ads for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and other social channels.
- Turn raw influencer, creator, or customer footage into scroll-stopping cuts with sharp hooks, captions, and clear CTAs.
- Collaborate with performance marketers and creative strategists to align edits to campaign goals and optimize for conversion.
- Produce multiple variations and cut-downs (6-15s, 20-30s, 45s across 9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for rapid A/B testing.
- Keep content authentic, platform-native, and on-brand across our venture categories.
- Stay organized with file naming, version control, asset libraries, and usage rights.
- Track and apply trends in UGC, performance creative, and social video formats.
What you'll bring
- Portfolio or reel with short-form edits-freelance, internships, or personal projects all count.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (After Effects is a plus).
- A sharp eye for pacing, hooks, storytelling, captions or subtitles, and sound design basics.
- Collaborative mindset, feedback-friendly, and eager to connect the dots between creative decisions and performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
- Curiosity for our impact areas-engagement tech, health and wellness, and education or financial empowerment.
Nice to have
- Light motion graphics or thumbnail design chops.
- Comfort shooting your own UGC or directing creators remotely.
- Experience with Frame.io, Notion, or similar collaborative workflows.
- Simple localization, basic analytics chops, or the ability to read creative dashboards.
