The Role: Marketing Artist, Motion Graphics
We’re looking for Motion Designers (Junior and Senior tracks) to concept, design, and animate performance creatives for our apps and games. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with UA, product, and game teams in a tight test-and-learn loop where your work reaches millions—and you’ll know exactly how it performs.
What you’ll do
- Create high-impact video ads—animated motion graphics, gameplay edits, UGC-style spots—optimized for Meta, TikTok, Google/App, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and more.
- Own the creative cycle: brief → storyboard → design → animate → edit → deliver variations → iterate from data (CTR, CVR, IPM, ROAS).
- Benchmark & ideate: analyze competitor creatives, mine trends, and pitch fresh concepts weekly.
- Translate insights into visuals: turn product/UA inputs into clear concepts, hooks, and punchy first seconds.
- Polish app store presence: promo videos and animated assets that align with icons/screenshots.
- Collaborate & communicate: partner with UA on experiments; write concise briefs for vendors/agencies when needed; maintain a reusable asset library.
Senior track adds: Set creative strategy and testing plans per title; define hypotheses and success metrics. Mentor junior artists; raise the bar on craft, speed, and systemized templates. Build motion guidelines and a lightweight design system for marketing across titles.

What you’ll bring
- Portfolio/reel showcasing 2D/3D motion work for marketing, entertainment, or products (student/personal projects welcome for Jr).
- Strong fundamentals: composition, color, typography, layout, visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalents).
- Comfort with short-form editing, keyframing, compositing, and basic audio timing.
- Curiosity about data-informed creativity—you like testing and iterating.
Nice to have: 3D (Blender/C4D/Maya), particles/shaders; Lottie/Spine; Figma; gameplay capture; localization workflows; platform specs/aspect ratios savvy; analytics familiarity (CTR, IPM, CPI, ROAS, retention). Senior track expectations: 3–5+ years in marketing art/motion; experience designing performance-driven creatives at scale; history of leading creative testing programs and mentoring peers.
